Located just down the road from North Bethlehem's Restaurant Row, The Bayou is a southern inspired restaurant and cocktail bar.


The Bayou Southern Kitchen and Bar opened in March of 2014 as a fine dining experience disguised as a casual country restaurant.  Visionary young chef, Tyler Baxter, brings a blend of traditional southern flavors and modern american cooking to create a unique take on Nola soul food.  

The Bayou's interiors and atmosphere match it's cuisine's unique blend of creativity and comfort.  With more than 20 craft beers on tap, and a unique hand mixed cocktail list, The Bayou is a one-of-a-kind eating experience in the Lehigh Valley.
